Nikken’s information about product delivery.

How long should I wait between ordering and delivery?

Most orders ship within two business days of receiving payment. Orders can be delivered within 7 working days.
This is an indicative figure, due to COVID19 delivery times may change and increase.

Where is the amount of the delivery costs?

Delivery costs will be calculated in your basket when the order is processed. Please note that VAT is added to the shipping costs at the time of purchase as well.

Where is my order ?

Please allow up to 14 working days for deliveries. If you still have not received your order after this time, please contact your Nikken Sylvain consultant from “The Gentle Life”:

While we make every effort to deliver the goods to you within the time period stated, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or failures in delivery during this period.

Please note that bulky items (such as Naturest® Kenkopad® and Air Wellness ™ Power5 Pro ™) will be delivered separately from smaller items.

All deliveries can be tracked. Nikken sends you an order confirmation email which also includes a unique tracking reference and a link to the carrier’s website. You will receive it immediately after we have shipped your order. This will allow you to track the progress of your order during the delivery process.
