If we can figure it out on our own, we don’t need to go to the doctor. We can also go to a psychologist. We may also need medical treatment to help us feel better.

Our body allows us to live and we have to take care of our body.

Personally I have listened to my inner voice and it has brought me to where I am now. It was really tough and it took me a long time to get through all of these tough changes, but I’m happy now.
It is because I have listened to my inner voice and am in tune with my inner being.
ME AND MY INNER VOICE
Because I am in tune with myself and being true to myself, I don’t have to be afraid of losing something. I’m less afraid because I’ve been through a lot of difficult changes in my life. It’s been a roller coaster ride for me, but I’m just following what my inner voice tells me to do.
I do what I think is right.
It’s been a long journey, but now I’m where I’m supposed to be. I am in tune with my inner being. I listened to my inner voice and now I am at peace.
