What is the VAT rate applied?

The VAT applied is that in force on the date of payment of the order. It is currently 20%.

Is the item in stock?

The stock of the selected items is checked when ordering. If an item is temporarily out of stock, it cannot be ordered. A message would appear on the screen to notify you if the case arises.
However, a full refund is made in the event of possible unavailability of the product after placing the order.

How can I pay for my order from Nikken?

You can pay for your order on the Nikken website by credit card only (Visa or Mastercard). Once your payment is accepted, an order confirmation will appear on the screen. We will email you a confirmation of your order and transaction.
However, we recommend that you print the confirmation that will appear on the screen and keep the order number in the event of an e-mail malfunction. Orders are only possible through a Nikken consultant’s store

Can I have my order shipped to another address?

You can have your order shipped wherever you want in mainland France. If you want to change the delivery address you have registered, you will need to change your personal information registered in your Nikken account.
Return to the registration section and enter the new address before resubmitting the data to be saved.

Can I have my order delivered to another country?

Currently it is not possible for us to deliver to a country other than the one in which you are registered.
